Introduction
These are our terms and conditions they apply to all orders placed with nabbit.co.uk. By placing an order you are giving your consent to our terms and conditions written below. Please read them carefully if there is anything you're unsure of please contact us and we'll be sure to come back to clarify anything, we advise you print a copy to keep for future reference should the need arise.

Items for sale
Nabbit will provide as much information as we can on each item on our site, we encourage anyone unsure on any item to get in touch prior purchasing. Each item is listed with our own photography in some cases we have multiple copies in this instant we will also send the item in the image or of a similar/better condition. Nabbit will never send an item that doesn't have the same quality stamp as the item your purchased. if for any reason the item we have differs from the information/picture provided we will contact you before shipping for either an agreement to continue the sale or cancel for an instant refund.

Prices
All prices include VAT, Delivery is added at check where applicable, any item listed incorrectly we reserve the right to cancel the order, however if the difference is small then we will honour the cost, if the price is less than 50% of the intended value, then as a promise to our customers we will fix the price at 50% of the intended cost, and for clarity on the intended price, these costs fluctuate all the time, and our aim is to be one of the best prices online.
All costs are set in (£) Pound Sterling, at this moment in time we don't send abroad.

Payment Methods
We only accept online payments via Paypal at the moment, we do however accept Cheques and Postal Orders, both means of payment will require clearance before dispatching your goods. Please make cheques out to MPSF Ltd.

Availability of Goods
The Majority of used games and consoles are individual items, if there was an error on our behalf with a listing, we will contact you straight away with options available, if nothing is suitable then we will issue a refund on the day. With brand new items if for what ever reason there was an issue with the stock we have, we will contract you to inform you of the situation if no solution can be meet we will issue a full refund.

Item Guarantees
We Extensively test each item we list on our site, if for whatever reason an Item arrives and it doesn't work we will arrange for the item to be returned and refunded. Some older cartridges could just have dust on the connectors if you're capable to dusting with out damaging the cartridge we advise to try this before sending the item back, Nabbit won't be held responsible for any damages made trying to clean the game/console. This does not affect any statury rights that you may have. Nabbit will replace/refund any item damaged in transit. If you do find you have an issue with an item, please get in touch with us so we can get the problem resolved.

Refunds
If for whatever reason we've agreed to refund you for your full order or part, then the refund will be made in the same way as you paid, for Paypal this is instant and should show up with-in and hour of making the transaction.

Delivery Charges
All of our prices are excluding delivery costs unless you reach the minimum order value, we have 2 ceilings for these costs the first is for free standard delivery, the second is for free next day delivery. All costs are added at the check out stage. We do run several offers through out the year which changes the minimums for these costs to become free, Nabbit holds the right to withdrawal these offers at any point. We don't currently ship internationally.

Delivery Times
For single games orders received before 3pm will be sent that day, for Consoles, accessories or multiple lots of games orders need to be placed by 12 to be dispatched that day. We use Hermes and Royal Mail, Hermes will either be 2-4 days or next day depending on the services booked, Royal Mail in most casts first class is 1-2 days and second class is 3-5 days. Tracking Details will be supplied when applicable. For orders sent out via Royal Mail which haven't arrived in this time, we need to wait 10 days from the dispatch before we can class the item as lost. Any item damaged/lost in transit is the responsibility of Nabbit, we will go through the relevant process for Hermes/Royal Mail, a full refund or a replacement shipment will be made.

Returns
Any Item/items you wish to return will require them being sent in the same condition as they arrived, if anything is missing from the original delivery will result in part refund being made. Returns due to damage needs to notified 48 hours from receiving the item, all other returns must be made with-in 7 days of receiving the item, failure to do so will result in the withdrawal of your right to cancel, exceptional circumstances will be considered. Returning items are the responsibility of the buyer, once we receive the items back, will check and confirm everything is approved for a refund (minus the delivery costs) with-in 48.

Delivery Delays/Lost
All our shipments are fully insured for yourself and Nabbit, on the unfortunate event of your parcel being Lost, Nabbit will organize replacements and if not available put through a refund. different couriers have different time frames for parcels being considered lost, we work to 10 working days. If the parcel is delivered after we have refunded the purchase, we will send the buyer a return label for the items to be sent back unless the customers decides to keep to which we will send an invoice for payment to be re-taken.

Cancellations
Orders that are not yet dispatched are free to be cancelled, there is a short time gap between the delivery company collecting the item and tracking being updated to the order, please bare this in mind when cancelling between 3-5pm on the day the item is due to be sent. if the item hasn't been collected, then you will be free cancel your order. 4. Delivery and Shipping We use third-party carriers to fulfil our orders, and while we aim for timely delivery, we are not responsible for any delays, damage, or loss of items during shipping. Once your order has been dispatched, we are not liable for issues arising during transit, including delayed deliveries, lost parcels, or items damaged by the carrier. Please ensure you provide accurate delivery information when placing your order.

Payment and Transactions All payments made through our website are processed securely, but we are not responsible for any issues that may arise with your payment provider, including but not limited to payment failures, fraud, or unauthorized transactions. Digital Products and Downloads If your order includes digital products such as game codes or downloadable content (DLC), we are not responsible for issues arising from the compatibility of your device with the digital content, or any issues that may arise with third-party platforms (such as Steam, PlayStation Store, etc.). Once digital content has been delivered and confirmed as activated or downloaded, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges, unless required by law.
8. Account Security While we take appropriate measures to protect your personal information, we cannot be held liable for any unauthorized access to your account or data breaches caused by factors outside of our control, including but not limited to hacking, phishing, or malware attacks.
