We have a very rigious check on everything we receive in, we include as much information as we can regarding each item, and we tier the quality so you know what to expect. 1 Rabbits - Either No case/Manual or if the set is complete, it's in poor condition - Contact us if you would like to know more or see more images. 2 Rabbits - Missing an item either case or Manual. The condition could still be very good. 3 Rabbits - Complete in box 3 Gold Rabbits - Rare in condititon or a rare item.

We're a new website launched in 2021. We've had a succesful ebay business (nabbitgames) for a while now, but we've decided to push and go independant. Our payment methods is through Paypal to which you're protected by them, through the payment system, or alternatively paying through a credit card will also give you protection. Although you won't need that, our aim is to have customers return.

Single games are sent via Royal Mail and larger items are dispatched through Hermes with full tracking details available.

If you're not happy with anything you receive from us, we will be happy to refund the item, just contact us and we will arrange for a label to sent for you to pop into a Hermes shop or Post Office.
